Placing Orders
We will respond to order requests in a timely manner and aim to deliver as soon as possible. By placing an order the customer is agreeing to pay on delivery before the goods are unloaded either by cash, card or BACS. If payment is not given at time of delivery then the goods will not be unloaded.

At Your Service
Delivery is free for a 8 mile radius around Henley-in-Arden. Minimum order value is £40. Please contact us for a quote if further afield.
The logs will be loose tipped, or a refundable deposit of £10 per 4 bags is required for them to be left and swapped on the next delivery.

By placing an order with Henley Logs, either by telephone, email or text message, we have a contract with you and Henley Logs will need to process your personal data to comply with our obligations under the contract.

We will only send marketing messages where the law allows us to do so and, in the event that you no longer wish to receive marketing from us, then you can always unsubscribe using the option provided in the footer of the communication you have received or by contacting us.

Any information you provide to us will either be emailed directly to us or may be stored on a secure computer. We keep name and address data for 1 year. We will then dispose of your information by securely deleting it from our system.

We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your personal data is not disclosed to regional/national institutions and authorities, unless required by law or other regulations.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.
